10 Session Plan Overview

This is a comprehensive coaching program that has been designed to help you to overcome any inner obstacles to long term, lasting weight-control and slimness. This program will be totally customised to your needs and situation, and here is an example of a typical program.

Pre-Session Tasks

Before we start I will send you a series of articles about your Mind, Beliefs, Emotions and Setting Goals so that we can make the best use of the time in the private sessions. I expect you to read these thoroughly and fill in the pre-coaching questionnaire, and client sign up.

Session 1 – Setting Your Most Exciting Goal

In the first session I will question you to discover the core problem behind your struggle, and your reasons for wanting a change. We will discuss how your mind works and how we will overcome the problem using Meta – Coaching, NLP, & hypnosis. You will set a SMART goal for your ideal weight, and I will guide you through a powerful technique to set the goal in your future, so you can see, hear and feel it as if you have it right now. Tasks – Write 20 positive affirmations read daily, Get Gratitude Journal, Listen to “Future Self” Hypnosis

Session 2 – Clearing Negative Self-Talk

In Session 2 we will clear the major limiting beliefs that causes negative self-talk and sabotages progress. e.g.: “I’m not good enough, I’m not worthy, I can’t do it, I always put weight back on”. When the old beliefs are cleared you will create new, positive learnings that will replace the old frames of mind. At the end of this session we will use an NLP Anchoring technique to create a switch for you to create happiness, motivation, determination, energy at any time. Tasks – Write daily in Gratitude Journal, give one person a compliment every day. Read Affirmations.

Session 3 – How Do You Get Motivated? Eliminate Craving Foods

In this session we will discover your own internal motivation map by modeling times that you get motivated very easily. Then using NLP, I will guide you to easily map that motivation technique across to your health. So you can get easily motivated to exercise and eat healthy foods. Then we will address cravings by mapping out any overloaded foods that you intensely like or dislike. Eliminate cravings easily. Task: Gratitude Journal, Hypnosis, Affirmations, Practice new motivation strategy.

Session 4 – Emotional Release: Part 1

In these following sessions we will utilise time line therapy to clear past negative emotions. Old stuck emotions from past events can be released easily, safely and comfortably. In this session we address Anger & Sadness. Task: Listen to hypnosis every night, Gratitude Journal, Read affirmations 3 x per day, Connect with someone who you used to have difficult relationship with and let them know what you value about your relationship.

Session 5 – Emotional Release: Part 2

In this session we continue and release Fear & Guilt. Once these emotions have been released, you will feel an incredible lightness of being and happiness. Letting go of these old past emotions will completely change your outlook and put a smile on your face. Tasks: Face an old fear, Gratitude Journal, Affirmations, Hypnosis

Session 6 – Emotional Release; Part 3

In this session we continue and release Hurt, Shame, Embarrassment, Frustration, Jealousy or any other emotion that sabotages your progress and motivation.

Session 7 – Your Values: What is Important in your Life?

In this session we will discover what are the most important things in your life. Family, Money, Love, Passion, Happiness, Health etc. It is important to understand your hierarchy of values and where your health is in the priority list. Using an NLP Technique I will guide you to easily add your health into your top values. Task: Hypnosis, Gratitude Journal, Affirmations, Create a vision board of your ideal life in accordance with your new values

Session 8 – Your Values: What is Important to you about your health?

In this session we dig into what is important to you about your health and release any negative meanings or programming that hold you back. Task: Hypnosis, Gratitude Journal, Affirmations, Write 50 reasons why staying healthy for the rest of your life will be valuable to you.

Session 9 – Overcome Obstacles

During this session we will measure the success of the past weeks sessions against the session goals from Week 1 and address any obstacles that have popped up, if any. Clear any other negative beliefs or programming that is remaining. Tasks: Hypnosis, Affirmations, Gratitude Journal.

Session 10 – Setting Goals for the Rest of Your Amazing Life,

In this session we will wrap up any blocks and set health goals for the rest of your life, so that you continue to improve and grow. Finish with a hypnosis session, sending love to your body. Task: Gratitude Journal, Practice looking for something lovable/ worthy and special in every person you meet.
