I have built my life around supporting humans to get clear on what they want, and eliminate all the ways they get in their own way, so they can just do the thing they really want to!

There are so many ways that we can sabotage, and stop ourselves from pursuing our wildest dreams. I believe that if more entrepreneurs were empowered to create from their biggest visions so many global problems would be solved faster than governments can mobilise to address them.

In my early career in coaching I worked exclusively with women for their weight loss and body image, and I have courses available to help.  Now with over 20 years in the personal growth industry (qualified in 2004), I’m passionate about passing on my experience through coaching and mentoring change-makers, and impact entrepreneurs to help them unleash their gifts, to create positive change.

7 reasons why I’m passionate about supporting change-makers.

1. You won’t find any judgement from me. I’ve walked through my own shame.

I am blessed to have a lot of privilege, but I have had quite a few struggles too. When I was younger I felt deeply stuck, bound by crippling self-doubt despite having a lot of “potential”, until I found NLP Coaching.  After struggling to lose weight, and find my confidence, I discovered that the secret to lasting weight loss (and everything else) starts in your mind. After that revelation, and shifting some key beliefs and emotional baggage, I shed 30kgs in a year, and have kept it off ever since even through my two pregnancies.

I know the struggle, shame, horrible self-talk and emotional pain that comes from feeling like a complete failure. At this time I was also single and really lonely, in credit card debt, eating badly, drinking and taking drugs. I turned my life around through the self-realisation that happens in coaching conversations, and I became obsessed with learning everything I could and helping liberate others too.

I was born with my intuitive gifts turned on. While hearing voices and seeing things others couldn’t see used to frighten me, now I know it is a gift, and my intuitive guidance supports my coaching skills. I have been on a quest to understand human psychology my entire life. After my first transformation, I dedicated 20 years to learning, practicing and mastering the most cutting- edge mind coaching techniques: Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Hypnosis, Time-Line Therapy, Matrix Therapies, & Meta-Coaching. I have also trained with spiritual teachers and mystics in Spiritual Laws, Karmic healing, and advanced energetic healing & alignment practices. More recently deepening in somatic release, and epi-genetic Health coaching to address all aspects of being human. I have honed both my training & natural intuitive gifts through many thousands of hours of 1:1 coaching and teaching. I can predictably generate life-changing revelations and behaviour change.

If you’ve been silently battling your inner demons for years too, you have probably been just scratching at the surface of your problem. When you understand the natural laws of manifestation and transformation across the 5 levels of existence: spiritual, energetic, mental, emotional & physical change can become very precise and predictable. Many processes, techniques and modalities only focus on one or two of these levels. I weave together all of my training and skills to be able to find the core of your issue, no matter what level it is manifesting from. I will help you to discover and release the problem that is behind your problem. Once you let go of the root problem, you will be able to change in a way that feels easy because it is finally aligned on all levels of your being.

In an unregulated industry, it is up to the practitioner to bring professionalism. I strive to be an example to others on professional, ethical practice, and skill mastery. I have been a Registered Clinical NLP Coach for many years, am a qualified NLP Trainer and regularly invest in ongoing professional development; (listed below). I have sat on the Executive board of the Australian Board of NLP.  I am regularly invited to be an expert speaker at key fitness & coaching events like FILEX and as an expert commentator in the media. I have advised on the boards of the first International Weight Management Congress, and for the first government recognised Weight Loss Consulting Qualification. Many call me the “Queen of Coaching”.

After coaching thousands of clients and students since 2004 to amazing results in the areas of health, weight loss, relationships, career and business. Now I focus exclusively on working with entrepreneurs and change-makers, so if I’m not the best person to help you, I’ll refer you to one of my colleagues to get the right help.

Many of my clients appreciate my multi-dimensional, and creative life experience. In my 20’s I sang in nightclubs with DJ’s and bands writing songs for house music.  I have been with my husband (who I met in our band, and he’s a creative too) for over 20 years, we married in 2010. I’m a creative, mother and entrepreneur, I know the ups and downs of long-term relationships with young children while running businesses. I have a boy and a girl, and know how to meet your inner child with compassion and kindness. I have made many of my own mistakes and made amends with those I have wronged, I am committed to fully living each chapter of life, and am now at peace with it all. You will never find judgement from me. All the coaching and change work is pointless, if you become so full of spiritual ego that you can’t live in the real world and be a good, kind person. I’m well-known for my caring, friendly and compassionate, confidential and pragmatic manner. You can feel safe knowing you’re in good hands.

7. Are you driven by a mission too? It’s bigger than just us.

Since I had my children, a fire has been lit in my belly to help support entrepreneurs to make the changes we need so the future generations can live in a safe, habitable planet. We are living in a time of extreme change and climate crisis. That can be demoralising and overwhelming, but I believe it is a call for each and every one of us to stand up and live our soul-mission. I believe that when people know better, they do better. So many of us make choices that harm ourselves and each other from reactive internal pain. I have seen the results in thousands of my clients, when you heal on the inside, you become a positive influence on your family, your business and show up as a better citizen of society.  I know my role is to help people heal their minds and hearts so that we can stand together and thrive.

Kylie Ryan is an expert Performance Coach and pioneer of the Fourth Wave of Psychology; an emerging movement that blends transformational coaching, somatic healing, neuroscience, epi-genetics and spiritual evolution to redefine what it means to thrive in the modern world.

A former performing artist turned master mindset coach, Kylie has spent over 20 years mastering human behaviour change, learning and synergising multi-disciplinary methods, and training hundreds of coaches, entrepreneurs and transformational leaders across the globe. As the director of the Spiral School of Awakening, she leads a 400 strong community of holistic practitioners who integrate emotional clearing, trauma-informed coaching, somatic release with deep embodiment work to catalyze profound life changes.

Long before “trauma-informed” and “nervous system regulation” became mainstream ideas, Kylie was guiding high-achievers through inner breakthroughs, identity transitions, and quantum leaps in personal power.
