Kylie: Hi, everybody. It is Kylie Ryan, revealing the truths of a weightless woman. Today we are revealing a fellow weightless woman and one of my dearest friends, Cyndi Tan, who is opening up her coaching practice right now, today, through My Mind Coach with you.
It’s pretty exciting! Let me tell you that. Cyn has helped me and been one of my first NLP graduates and then has assisted on every subsequent NLP training, so she knows her NLP inside and out. She’s a really great coach.

Cyndi: Thank you, Kylie.
Kylie: Cyn, can you tell me why it’s so important for you right now in your life to open up your coaching practice and coach people with NLP?
Cyndi: Truly, it hits all of my highest value points. Living on purpose has been something that I’ve always tried to realign to and towards. It’s been my focus throughout all these years of healing, and it’s been the way that I’ve made all of my quantum leaps from platform to platform to become the woman that I am today. And I will say the woman I am today is the woman I always wanted to be.
Many people out there who are high achievers, who have succeeded in their work world, in their family world, in their social world, it’s okay for those people to realize that something is missing, that there is more that they can contribute.
I really believe that many people out there who are high achievers, who have succeeded in their work world, in their family world, in their social world, it’s okay for those people to realize that something is missing, that there is more that they can contribute. And sometimes that can be a spiritual calling. “Something’s missing. What could that be? What are my values? “These are really valuable questions. And because I’ve been adept in answering those questions for myself and I’ve been so well-rewarded in my personal growth, my personal upgrade, so that I can enjoy the fullest potential of a happy life, it is my life’s purpose and my honor to be able to hold space for others to go on that journey too.
It can be very gentle, and it can happen very quickly, or it can happen little by little. It’s all about you. Now is all about you. Really know yourself. I can help you ask those hairy questions and the deep questions, the things that we sometimes delete because we’re so busy in this world.
And for me, NLP has been a system that I’ve found to be reliable. It’s results-driven, it’s outcomes-based, and I can honestly tell you I have seen a lot of change in my own life, in my environment, my behavior, the people that I attract. My greatest reward is that I recently fell in love with the man of my dreams.
Cyndi: High five to me. Thank you.
Kylie: It’s been very exciting.
Cyndi: And that has all been because I healed, and then I healed, and then I healed. And I healed some more. I hit all of my highest values with this work, helping you to heal too. So I look forward to meeting you when the time comes.
Kylie: Beautiful! Cyn, do you have any top tips for people to find their own purpose?
Cyndi: Oh yeah.
Kylie: Got some good tips.
Tip #1: Really hone in on what it is that you want
Cyndi: Tip number one is really, really hone in on what it is that you want. Focus on what you want. Focus on how it looks, how it sounds, and how it feels. And then bring that into a 10-minute morning meditation. You wake up, maybe set the alarm clock 10 minutes earlier, and meditate on that. Really, really get inside the picture, and look, see, feel.
Tip #2: Manifestations Diary
Tip number two: manifestations diary. This could be something you could do at the end of your day when you go to bed. You could look at your day and say, “What did I manifest today?” Write it down. It could be, “I manifested that parking space. I manifested that meeting with that person. I manifested a pay raise.” And then, underneath where you’ve written what you manifested that day, building on the manifestations muscle, you write, “What I now manifest in my life.” Forward-focused.
Kylie: Love it!
Tip #3: Know Your Values
Cyndi: Tip number three: know your values. This can be a tricky one. Sometimes, what you think you truly value, when you’re properly guided through a values elicitation process, you can discover things that maybe you weren’t aware of about yourself. Your values change and evolve as you change and evolve. And as we’ve already discussed, there’s no time like the present. Now is where you hold the power. Knowing your values now will be the key to knowing your life purpose moving forward.
Kylie: Absolutely. And you’re pretty passionate about helping people find their life purpose and get on purpose.
Cyndi: Absolutely. Frankly, I think that as each of us evolves, all of humanity evolves. And in my life, freedom and happiness for all beings everywhere has always been my highest value.
Kylie: It’s pretty big. Pretty deep. I’ve passed the big 4-0! I’ve now ‘released’ 48kgs, since the birth of my son 2 years ago. I have been struggling with my weight and feeling of not being good enough for as long as I can remember…This has changed for me now. I have had more awakenings and realisations and learnings than I thought possible in the past few months. This really is SOOOOO not about the weight. I TOTALLY get that now.
I have loads more energy… I’m eating so well and exercising when I can. With my 1st baby I couldn’t cope with the emotional roller-coaster that is pregnancy. I ate, and ate, and ate non-stop. My head is in such a great place at the moment. I owe it all to Kylie and your Goddess Body Quest program x
