Emotional Eating: 3 tips to stop craving for good.

Emotional Eating: 3 tips to stop craving for good.

Emotional Eating can derail your body goals faster than you can say, “Pass me the chocolate…”

Just because millions struggle with it around the world, doesn’t mean that you have to. Emotional eating is a strategy, that has become an unconscious habit. And just like any strategy, you can rewrite it and re-wire your brain to create a better strategy. With a better strategy, you can embed healthy habits that support your emotions and your body goals at the same time. It is possible, and it doesn’t mean you have to ban sugar or chocolate completely… In fact, I’ve found that it’s often the opposite!

Can you stop emotional eating without being crazy-strict and depriving yourself?

YES! To prove it, I’m creating my new Emotional Eating Mastery Course in Max Brenner, while eating a decadent pot of melted chocolate and strawberries.

I’ve just completed a 25 minute High Intensity Weight Training session, had some sushi for lunch and am working while Ollie sleeps beside me in his stroller.  Bliss!

If you’d like to learn how to overcome emotional eating without giving up life’s little pleasures, then please comment, “hell yes!” below… I can’t wait to share this one with you… So excited!809f32b8-4e92-429d-9eee-fe8845602c31

  1. Hi Kylie,

Thank you for these tips. Whilst I am great at tip 2 and better at 3, knowing no.1 is really going to make a difference in my weight loss journey.

    Thank you!
    Dina

    • Awesome Dina! So simple when you know it. But when it’s unconscious it can really trip you up!
