Free Goal Visualization Hypnosis

Setting goals is great, but visualizing them in their technicolour glory is better!

Think now of something you’d really like to achieve. Make sure its SMART. Specific, Measurable, As if now, Realistic, Time bound.

I find writing it as a future diary entry works well. eg: “It is Dec 2009 I have achieved my ideal weight, 60kgs. I now fit into my favourite size 10 jeans and look great. I feel amazing and am really enjoying all my delicious healthy meals and exercise sessions.”

Think about what is the last thing that has to happen so you know you have achieved this goal. Then listen to this Hypnosis / Meditation session. Enjoy!
