Hey there, gorgeous lady! I just wanted to shoot a quick video to say, “Merry Christmas!” I hope you are having a beautiful, amazing time with your family and friends and you’re having a relaxing holiday season.
I hope you’ve managed to take on board last week’s lesson about the drama. If you’ve missed that, then go back and re-watch it, because oftentimes drama can play out in these family situations. But just enjoy your Christmas. Don’t get too hung up on eating and exercise and diet and craziness and beating yourself up. Obviously, make the best choices that you can. Think about what’s going to nourish and really serve your body. Limit the overeating, and really just eat until you’re nice and comfortable but not overfull.
If you can get in some activities, play some sport with your cousins or your kids or your friends, then definitely do that. And if it all goes crazy and you end up eating and drinking more than you should, forgive yourself and move on; the guilt is so much worse than any calories that you could possibly consume.
So have a fantastic Christmas, enjoy it, and I look forward to seeing you soon. Take care! Merry Christmas!
“Having ongoing training is essential for our team and our business. It’s important to look after the people that look after others. Kylie has the experience, professionalism and knowledge to engage with our team and help them understand about human behaviour and why people do what they do. In the wellness and health industry it’s a different sales and service delivery and it’s imperative to keep on top of these understandings to perform at our best to help others. We couldn’t recommend Kylie high enough.”
I have worked with Kylie over many years. She has helped me as a Business Mindset Coach, as a motivational speaker for clients when I had my gyms with Vision and more recently at Flow Athletic. I bring her in to train my Personal Training teams in mindset, communication and how to coach our clients better and excel in our own personal mastery.
I highly recommend her work.
