We are so excited to welcome you to the Art of Transformational Coaching.
This is a wonderful opportunity to step fully into your own self-leadership so that you can unlock your highest potential in coaching, leading, and transforming others.
When you start to get to know yourself and begin to discover and release hidden limiting beliefs and emotional baggage, you learn how to step into the flow of Synchronicity. Life becomes more easeful and filled with purpose, meaning, and joy.
However great gains like this do not come without attention, intention, and action. This is about having the courage to go within, look at and learn how to have compassion for all the different aspects of yourself.
As this is both a Certification program and also a transformational container, there are certain agreements that we request that you READ and AGREE to so that everyone can have the best experience possible.
Please read and sign these below. If there is anything you are unsure of please ask our team and we will be happy to clarify.
Our Agreements
- Show up. Please arrive at all program sessions on time ready and open to learning.
- Celebrate your insights & wins. Please share any insights, wins, or celebrations that you gain along the way. When one person celebrates an insight it can lift the whole group.
- Be flexible & kind. You will experience huge emotional growth, and this requires new thoughts and behaviours. Be kind to yourself along the way.
- Allow yourself to be vulnerable. The greatest courage and change is when you can vulnerably lean into your growth edge. We invite you to really challenge yourself so that you can transform at a deep level.
- Be compassionate of others. Sometimes in a program room, there are all kinds of different people who are drawn together with the shared interest. Occasionally that difference might feel challenging in some way. We invite you to be curious and compassionate with yourself and all the other people in the group, you might be surprised by what you learn.
Certification Requirements
As this is a Certification program, there are requirements that you will need to meet in order to be certified. You will need to successfully complete mini-knowledge reviews as we go through the journey while the teaching is fresh, and be benchmarked on the competency of the core NLP Practitioner skills and processes.
We will do our best to teach you everything you need to know and support you to ensure you meet the standard, and it is important that you know that our Certificate means something, some people may need to re-sit certain elements in order to meet the standard. This is important to ensure that you really are a great coach.
Our certificate shows that you have competency in the core skills and knowledge of the NLP Practitioner syllabus, and have met the program requirements.

Legal Coaching Agreement
This agreement is made between Trainers Mei Ouw & Kylie Ryan of MKB Coaching and Consulting and Client, yourself, as named and signed below.
Program Sessions
Program sessions will be conducted in 3 x 3 day online events, on the below dates
Module 1: Tuesday 19 July – Thursday 21 July 2022
Module 2: Tuesday August 30 – Thursday 1 September 2022
Module 3: Tuesday 11 October – Thursday 13 October 2022
All sessions will be recorded to watch the replay. It is a requirement to attend 8 of the 9 days to gain the Coaching Certification as well as complete all Coaching processes. If you miss one of the days, you will need to find another student to coach in order to complete the missed coaching process.
On-Line Training Portal Access
You will be given access to the learning portal for the duration of your program. Upon the completion of the program, you will retain access to the online program materials for your personal education use only and support for your personal coaching practice, for at least 5 years or as long as the site remains active and the business is trading.
Terms
This agreement will begin upon acceptance, and remittance of the first payment and will continue for a maximum of 12 months unless otherwise stated. Payment is non-refundable.
Recording Rights & Privacy
Please be mindful and aware that the online program main room will be recorded and kept on file in the Academy portal. By attending this program you release all rights to the recording that is co-created with your participation in the event via chat or video. These recordings remain the Intellectual Property of MKB Coaching and Consulting.
Other Mental Health Care
The client agrees to inform the trainer if they are under the care of any health care professional such as a therapist, psychologist, counsellor, psychiatrist, or related professional prior to the program. If the client is receiving mental health treatment, the duty of care remains with the prescribing medical professional always. The client agrees to disclose to the Trainer if they are receiving any prescribed drugs to assist with their mental health prior to or during the program.
Responsibility for Results
The client enters into the program knowing that he/she is 100% responsible for creating the desired learning and life results. This is both an education and a group transformation space. We assume that you have the ability to communicate with us if you need extra support if anything comes up that is personally challenging or if you need to exit the program for any reason. We will do everything we can to support you, and you are responsible for your results.
Professional Respect
This is a professional program and coaching space and ask that you uphold professional relationships with everyone within the space. Kindness, care, respect, and mindful communication are requirements.
Constructive Feedback
If in the unlikely event that the Client is unhappy with the service, value, or any behaviour of the Trainer or Training, the Client agrees to discuss this feedback with the Training Team directly. We agree to do everything reasonably possible to provide an excellent coaching & training service.
Refunds
There are no refunds on Program or Coaching Packages. If you wish to feel out our relationship before signing up for a Program, please book a Discovery Session first to see if you want to commit to learning this process. Once we begin the program we both commit fully to completing it. If for some reason you cannot or choose not to complete the program, the payment you have made will be held in credit for you to complete it for 2 years in a later cohort of this program.

Program Rights
This is a Practitioner-level program and this level of Certification grants you the licence to use the processes and models within the context of Personal Coaching. This Practitioner program does not grant you the right to teach this material to others for the purpose of training them on how to coach others. If you want to earn the right to train other coaches on how to use this material, you must complete both the Master Practitioner and Trainer Training levels of Certification. Please check with your trainer if you are unsure about this.
Declaration
I understand that I am working with Kylie Ryan and Mei Ouw for the Art of Transformational Coaching NLP Coach/Practitioner level Certification. I understand that this program meets the requirements of the American Board of NLP and I need to meet the requirements in order to be certified.
I understand that NLP is distinctly different from counselling, psychotherapy, or psychoanalysis and does not deal with the diagnosis or treatment of emotional problems. Since professional coaching does not constitute medical consultation or treatment, health insurance does not apply.
I understand that this is a Practitioner level program and I will not use this material to teach other coaches how to coach using these methods until I have completed the Trainer Training level of competency & certification.
