If you have any queries, qualms or hassles with any of our services or coaching programs please contact us immediately and we will do what we can reasonably do to assist you or rectify the issue.

Please understand all these programs are Mindset Coaching Programs, while we will do our utmost to assist you with achieving weight loss results as a part of the programs. We cannot ever guarantee weight loss.

If you complete the first 2 sessions with your coach within the first 30 days and are unsatisfied with the value you have received we will attempt to find a coach that you gel with better, or if that is impossible you may be entitled to a refund at the discretion of My Mind Coach.
After the first 30 days of your program you are not entitled to a refund. It is up to you to commit to the program and obtain the results you seek. Coaching is a relationship that assists you to make different choices in your life. However it is not a quick fix, and therefore once we commit to the VIP sessions with you, you must also commit 100% to the program, and making positive choices in your life in order to get results.
VIP Event bonus.
You are entitled to a ticket to a VIP event in one 12 month period of your VIP membership. If you choose not to attend the event, your ticket becomes null and void. This portion of the VIP program is not transferable or refundable in any way.

No other parties will have access to this information.
iii. I will use the initial contact information exclusively to follow up enquiries, make appointments and otherwise correspond with clients. Under no circumstance would I give any client details to third parties without first requesting their specific permission.
iv. Any personal information gathered on hard copy forms at live seminars or workshops will be entered into the secure data systems as above and the hard copies shredded and securely disposed of.
v. I am compliant with CAN-SPAM laws, and provide easy access to unsubscribe from any mailing lists or newsletters. Once you are unsubscribed from that list, your details are stored on a blacklist within my email auto-responder so your email is never re-added by mistake.
vi. I would never sell, rent, or share your private details with any third party without your express permission.
