Shifting Direction – When it’s ok to let a goal go.

Do you ever get stuck completing things that you’re not invested in anymore, just so you’re not a “quitter?”

As you may know I have recently just been on tour. I ran live events in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth this weekend. It has been amazing meeting some of you gorgeous ladies in the flesh, and being able to inspire, teach and coach you in person.

However the drawback of doing all that travel was spending nights away from my baby daughter and husband and the energy spend of running around all over the place. Stressful for him and for my little one and very busy for me. Phew! If you saw my post last week on being a Supermum, it took a toll on me physically too.

So I have decided to shift direction. As much as I LOVE meeting you and serving you all in person, for right now I won’t run anymore live events. I was hesitating about making this decision, because I liked the way it felt to jet-set all over the country. It feels kinda-glamorous, and more importantly I didn’t want to let you down, I know many of you are very keen for me to visit your city. However it’s just not the best use of my time at the moment. So I have created a new solution….

Through the amazing power of the internet… I will run free webinars for you and create a new, AMAZING live online transformation program, based on my 3 day live premium program that has already gotten incredible results, so I can serve you all over the country, including the often forgotten regional areas too. Hooray! It feels good to make that decision. It’s a load off my mind.

Do you have things you need to let go of or shift direction on?

I’m sharing this with you because I wanted to update you, and also I wonder if you have some things in your life you are holding onto or doing that you don’t need to be doing anymore…

  • Is there anything that you continue to do, so you don’t disappoint people?
  • Are there things that you agreed to do that don’t serve you or light your fire?
  • Is there simply too much on your plate, and things that you would like to do, but really can’t manage while keeping your health and happiness?
  • Are there goals that you are striving for that don’t really light you up anymore?
  • If so, what was the ultimate outcome of achieving that goal? What would it have got for you or enabled you to do? Is there another way of achieving that goal?
  • Is there dead-wood in your life you need to prune back?
  • What do you need to say no to, let go of, or shift direction on?
  • Who do you need to talk to or what do you need to do to make this happen now?
