This agreement covers proprietary Confidential Information belonging to Bianca Aiono Robertson & Kylie Ryan of My Mind Coach (the Discloser) that is made available or disclosed to you on acceptance of this agreement.
You acknowledge and agree that any Confidential Information received under this agreement are subject to the following limitations:
- You may use and adapt the Confidential Information for your personal use only to market and share your IP only, within your own business and to your clients.
- You may not grant rights to use the Confidential Information to any other individual or entity.
- You may not grant rights to use the Confidential Information to any other individual or entity.
The Discloser provides the Confidential Information on an AS IS basis and is not responsible for any damages arising out of the use of the Confidential Information made available under this agreement.
