Here’s a short note to sharing the love…. I often check out these blogs to see what other experts, passionate explorers and researchers are finding…

this is by no means an exhaustive list, I just thought I’d share some of the stuff I check out regularly. – Dr John Berardi is leading the field when it comes to teaching people how to get really lean through, specific nutrition habits. His lean eating coaching program teaches people to adopts one habit at a time! Sound familiar. It works.– Another leader when it comes to scientific body transformation. If you’ve ever heard of the meat & nut breakfast and want to check it out look here. – China study has lead a revolution on factual science based movement away from animal products for health and vitality. – Plant based nutrition is where it’s at! If you want to know why, you need to read the China Study. This site shows you don’t need to eat hundreds of chickens & eggs to get lean and defined.  – Tom Venuto is a natural bodybuilder and he’s also NLP trained, so he gets the mindset stuff right. His articles on fatloss are scientifically based and very useful. – Guy from 180 Nutrition has created an amazing all natural protein supplement. He is also an avid cross-fitter, researcher and blogger of all things health. – This is an amazing compilation blog featuring writers from all sorts of health disciplines from all over the world. Really good. – Another blogger who’s journeyed through auto-immune disease, this time with kids. Paleo mom shares excellent recipes and articles on how to heal your body.  (Thanks Kate! x) – Author of Biology of belief. This man is creating the link between science and spirituality. Proving that your DNA does not determine your destiny, but your environment! Watch his intro video to explain it. Inspirational. – Need I say more. Amazing archive of incredible talks from leaders in their fields.


[adrotate banner=”4″] – My latest girl crush is on Theresa Cutter. Her recipes are amazing. She’s got a whole lot of awesome healthy chocolate / cacao recipes. I love that she teaches you what’s so good about it also. – Carl Massy is a coaching colleague of mine doing great stuff on happiness & health. Just released an awesome book  Guide book to happiness. He also interviews other health experts on his free podcast. – Kat Loterzo is another transformation specialist health colleague of mine, who writes great blogs on health, fitness & mindset for women. – Sarah Wilson is an Australian writer, blogger who’s journeyed through auo-immune disease and searches high and low for all things natural and healthy. She’s the I Quit Sugar girl. Her e-books and recipes for this are excellent. – Yes it looks a bit intense, but if you want fitness and nutrition advice that will give you a killer starting point to discover what works for you, for free this is a good option. – Love Marie’s life and business advice short online TV show. She’s totally awesome. You may have seen her on Oprah, or everywhere online atm as she promos her B-School. – A soul sister sharing soothing, creative and artistic inspiration. – The original marketing leader. Blogger extraordinaire.

Note: Some of the philosophies on the blogs I have suggested differ and oppose each other. I prefer to read and research a wide range of divergent viewpoints, to find the way that works for me. I suggest you do the same. Obviously I’m not endorsing everything that anyone says on the above blogs nor should you take anything any one says as gospel without testing whether it works for you. Oh and some of these sites are big on affiliate marketing. I am sharing them because I like them and nothing more. 🙂
