What would your future self say?

When faced with a choice of going for a run, or staying on the couch with the packet of biscuits…. If you were to imagine the outcome of the two choices and ask your future self. Are you happy with that decision I made?

Right now, staying on the couch seems like the more appealing option, but in the future, you might wish you had gone for a run…
