Where can you be reborn?

Hey, everybody! I just wanted to come on to wish you a Happy Easter, and to encourage and invite you to think about the themes behind Easter, behind the chocolate eggs and bunnies.
This last week I’ve been really feeling the theme of rebirth that is a core theme of Easter, whether you’re religious or not — the theme of death and resurrection.
Do you want to be a star or do you want to fulfill your mission?
Yesterday with Bianca and Michela, we did a really powerful rebirthing of My Mind Coach and receding what the business is all about. At one point Michela asked me, “Do you want to be a star or do you want to fulfill your mission?”
It was a big moment because I’m an ex-nightclub singer and showgirl. I’ve got that kind of showgirl vibe of wanting to be the lead singer. It was a really interesting moment of letting go of that part of me that wanted to be up the front and being the star, and simultaneously that paradox of Am I willing to let that go? Is my ego willing to let that go so that I can fulfill my mission, so that I can fulfill what i’m here to do on that planet?
And so beautifully, since then, there’s been all of these messages about not being invisible and about speaking your truth and unleashing creativity — and I’ve just started songwriting again after 6 years off.
It was a really interesting moment of like the death of ego, of that ego vibe of wanting it to be all about me, and instead connecting in with the deeper mission of what we’re doing this for.
My Mind Coach is really about helping liberate women from the prisons of their bodies and their mind.
Bianca and I had a really profound experience last week at a business training, connecting in with the core message of what My Mind Coach is about. And it’s really about helping liberate women from the prisons of their bodies and their mind.
When we put ourselves in these prisons then we can’t fulfill our missions, we can’t live the creativity and the joy and the expression that we’re here for, we’re not able to fulfill our missions because we’re keeping ourselves trapped in a cage.
Being willing to let go of that ego part of you that wants to be seen and up the front and looked at, and surrendering yourself to the mission that you’re actually here for, is paradoxically the best and most profound way that you can shine.
Creativity is important regardless of what you’re role is in life and in your career.
We had this really beautiful moment of realizing how important creativity is regardless of what role you’re in in life and in your career, how important it is for a woman to integrate her creativity and express her creativity even if it has nothing to do with making money or bringing in income into the family. It’s just about expressing yourself and feeling joy and pleasure in that moment.
And when you do live in that pleasure, then things like overeating and making poor choices start to drop away because you’re being fulfilled from the inside, you’ve liberated yourself from the prison of what you should or shouldn’t be doing.
There’s this really beautiful resurrection that can happen — a resurrection of your soul and a resurrection of who you’re meant to be and what you’re meant to be here for.
How could you be reborn into your mission and what you’re truly here to DO and BE?
So, this Easter, I would encourage you to dive into the collective consciousness themes of death and resurrection. Check inside your life and reflect on where in your life are there things that you’d like to let go of, where in your life are there things that you feel that you couldn’t possibly let go of, and how could you be reborn into your mission and what you’re truly here to DO and BE, instead of thinking about what people think you should be. And really connecting in with your mission and what you’re here for, and having fun along the way.
